Jum’s Culinary Canvas is Anjum’s food-content portfolio and partnership website, based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. These terms explain the permitted use of this site. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site. Mandatory rights provided by applicable law continue to apply.
02 Portfolio information and availability
The site introduces Anjum, showcases selected content and invites collaboration enquiries. It does not offer online purchases, take payments or confirm bookings. We take reasonable care with the information we publish and may update or correct it. Access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
03 Illustrative media and performance figures
Some photographs, thumbnails, logo treatments and player visuals are clearly identified as illustrative or placeholder content during development. They are not evidence that Anjum created the pictured dish or that a brand approved that image. Selected follower and video-view figures come from supplied screenshots and reflect the period stated on the site. Individual viral results are not typical performance, guaranteed reach or a promise of future campaign results. Platform figures can change; request current verified information before relying on them for a commercial decision.
04 Recipe content and personal use
Food content is provided for general inspiration and information. Adapt ingredients and preparation to your own needs, check product labels and allergens, and follow appropriate food-handling guidance. Content is not personalised medical, nutritional or dietary advice. An ingredient or recipe featured here does not mean it is suitable for every person.
05 Content ownership and permissions
Website text, original videos, photographs, design and other material are owned by or used with permission from the relevant rights holders. Third-party brand names, logos, platforms and products remain the property of their owners. You may view the site and share links for lawful personal or internal evaluation purposes. Copying, republishing, editing, selling, training a model on, or using protected content in advertising or other commercial work requires the rights holder’s permission unless the use is otherwise allowed by law. Attribution alone does not grant a licence.
06 Enquiries and separate collaboration agreements
Submitting or preparing an enquiry is a request to discuss work, not an accepted booking, quotation or contract for a campaign. The form currently prepares a local draft; you must share it through the indicated channel for Anjum to receive it. Any collaboration must be confirmed separately in writing by the parties. Deliverables, dates, fees or gifted arrangements, approval rounds, usage rights, paid advertising, exclusivity, cancellation, payment and any applicable taxes must be agreed for that project. No refund rule, usage licence or exclusivity period is created by this page.
07 Gifted and paid relationships
Featured collaborations will be labelled according to the arrangement, including gifted or paid work as relevant. The Baladé collaboration shown on this site is a gifted collaboration. A brand name appearing here does not establish a wider endorsement, agency relationship or continuing partnership. Campaign content must comply with applicable advertising requirements and platform disclosure rules; the parties should agree their responsibilities in the project terms.
08 Information you provide and acceptable use
Provide accurate contact and project details and only share material you are authorised to disclose. Do not include unlawful, confidential or harmful material in an enquiry. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or use the site for deceptive activity. Sending a proposal does not transfer ownership of your pre-existing intellectual property; we may use the information you send only as reasonably needed to assess and respond to the enquiry and as described in the Privacy Policy.
09 External services
Social links, brand websites and other external services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability or content. A link is provided for convenience and does not itself guarantee the third party’s products or services. Any transaction with a third party is governed by the terms you agree with that party.
10 Responsibility and your legal rights
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item will remain current. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorised alterations, a third-party service or misuse outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or any mandatory consumer or data-protection obligation. These terms do not remove remedies available under applicable law.
11 Applicable law, updates and contact
These website terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, without removing any mandatory protections or jurisdiction available to you under applicable law. If a concern arises, contact Anjum first so it can be considered; this does not restrict your right to approach a competent court or authority. We may update these terms for future website use by publishing a revised version with a new date. Changes do not retrospectively alter an agreed campaign contract.
